Schedule of Assets and Liabilities/Statement of Financial Affairs

Pursuant to Section 521 of the Bankruptcy Code and Rule 1007 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Debtors are required to make certain financial and other disclosures in public filings in the Bankruptcy Court. 

 

A large portion of these disclosures are embodied in the Schedule of Assets and Liabilities as well as the Statement of Financial Affairs. 

 

In this case, the Debtors were granted a 30-day extension of the time within which these materials were required to be filed to June 28, 2007.  On June 28, 2007 the Debtors filed the following consolidated Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Financial Affairs:
