ORDER SETTING NEW FEE APPLICATION HEARING ON JUNE 11, 2008 AT 11:00 A.M. IN COURTROOM 501

On April 30, 2008, the Court entered an order adjourning eleven separate applications for interim compensation and reimbursement of expenses, originally noticed for May 5, 2008, to a date to be determined. (ECF Doc. # 1132). It is now

ORDERED, that the hearing on these applications shall take place on June 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 501. The eleven separate applications are now requesting a lower amount of interim fees pursuant to an amended notice of hearing entered on May 20. (ECF Doc.# 1165). And it is further

ORDERED, that any party wishing to object to these fee applications must file an objection by Thursday, May 29, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Any objection previously filed will be considered in connection with this hearing. And it is further

ORDERED, that any replies to objections shall be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2008.
