We have received numerous e-mails regarding fee applications and inquiries for filing your comments to the professionals’ fee applications.  Please do NOT e-mail your comments or objections to this web-site as we cannot forward them to the Court on your behalf.  If you desire to be heard on the fee applications, please send your comments addressed to the judge, Honorable Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Judge to the address below:

Note that it is very likely that any correspondence sent to Judge Glenn will be publicly “posted” on the docket – i.e., available under “PACER” for review by interested parties.  Anything filed in PACER will automatically be posted on the website.  If you do not want any information made public, please do not include it in your correspondence to the judge.  It is very difficult, if not impossible, to “withdraw” something on the “docket” once “filed” in PACER.  We can take requests to take your individual letter off our website but we will not be able to take it off the court’s official docket.
