PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Honorable Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy
Judge, has authorized counsel and parties appearing in this case to attend telephonically via
CourtCall in the hearing to be held before the Court on December 8, 2009 at 11 :00 a.m. (the
"Final Fee Application Hearing") to consider the Final Fee Applications, as defined below, subject to compliance with CourtCall procedures.

appearing, so that the hearing may commence promptly at 11 :00 a.m. (EST).
